Guests will have an 8-minute drive from shopping at Orlando's Premium Outlets. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable room, within walking distance to universal. ALL OF HYATT HOUSE staff was EXCELLENT from arrival staff, cleaning staff, and the kitchen staff. I must say including the other guests. Thank you for making our visit welcoming.

Location, free shuttle to Universal, very nice lobby with plenty of room to do some work, rooms also were very nice. Room service per request but once u ask them they respond promptly. Overall amazing hotel for the money. Nearby you have big outlet center and other attractions on Int Drive. I liked that it was a 20 min walk from Universal. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing.
