Location, free shuttle to Universal, very nice lobby with plenty of room to do some work, rooms also were very nice. Room service per request but once u ask them they respond promptly. Overall amazing hotel for the money. Nearby you have big outlet center and other attractions on Int Drive. I liked that it was a 20 min walk from Universal. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing.
